| Abstract: | Based on the current situation of professional teachers of secondary vocational schools, this paper analyzed the significance of improving the practical ability of professional teachers. This paper came up with the idea that professional teachers should ＂gold- searching＂ to improve practical ability, and the paper took architecture as an example, mainly described the approaches of how architecture teachers ＂search gold＂. |
