| 摘 要： | 文章在分析了地方工科院校贫困生就业难原因的基础上,提出了解决的对策:贫困生自身要转变就业观念,提高综合素质来增加就业竞争力;地方工科院校要强化专业特色服务地方经济,同时加强对贫困生职业生涯教育,提高对贫困生就业过程的资助,地方政府发展经济;促进地区产学研结合,做好贫困生就业过程的社会保障工作。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of employment difficulties for needy students in regional engineering colleges, the related solutions have been put forward. Firstly, needy students should change their minds and improve comprehensive abilities in job-hunting markets. Secondly, colleges have to stress their unique characteristics to serve for local economy. In addition, the career education and subsidies during job-hunting are expected to be improved, especially for needy students. Last, besides developing economy, local government must facilitate the produce-learn-research projects and supply needy students with social security. |
