| 摘 要： | 本文采用联合国联合国贸易和发展会议(UNCTAD)给出的"业绩指数"和"潜力指数"的评估体系,对安徽省17个地市利用FDI进行实证分析,对地市利用FDI的成果进行客观评价,并且测算出其发展潜力,关键提出安徽利用外资存在的问题,并给出政策建议。
