| 摘 要： | 主体功能区的提出赋予了生态补偿以全新的内涵。本文在分析我国现行生态补偿的基础上，结合主体功能区的新要求，探讨了构建生态补偿机制的原则，并有针对性地构建了主体功能区视角下的生态补偿机制。

| Abstract: | The proposal of ＂main functional areas＂ bestows eco - compensation with brand - new connotation. On the basis of analysis of the national current eco - compensation and with an eye to the new requirement of main - functional areas, the paper probes into the principles of ecological compensation mechanism and furthermore, builds up pointedly ecological compensation mechanism in the perspective of main functional areas. |
