| 摘 要： | 目前世界金融危机仍在继续，游客量急剧下滑，新疆的旅游业面临前所未有的冲击。在此环境下，提升旅游业的竞争力迫在眉睫。而实现这种目标的最有效的途径就是充分运用循环经济的理念，整合各种优势资源，走可持续发展的道路。

| Abstract: | As world financial crisis continues and the number of tourists goes down steeply, tourism in Xinjiang suffer from an unprecedented attack. It is a critical moment to enhance competitiveness of tourism emergently. The most effective way to achieve this goal is to employ the idea of recycling economy, integrate all kinds of advantageous resources and adopt the strategy of sustainable development. |
