The Developing Pattern of Chinese Vein Industry： Based on the Principal -agent Model

The vein industry is an organic component of the economic system. Developing the veto industry is an effective way to solute the problems of environment, resources and energy, and to promote the cycling economy to develop sustainably and rapidly. But how can the vein industry develop, and in what pattern？ This paper carries on a helpful discussion on this question through the principal - agent model, and proposes that it＇s an effective way and inevitable choice for the government to entrust private enterprises to build the vein industry campus in order to promote the vein industrial development. Based on this proposal, it also puts forward the content of principal -agent between government and enterprises and the corresponding suggestions on system construction.
