| 摘 要： | 文章尝试基于系统观点对土地集约利用进行分析。在总结城市土地集约利用研究发展趋势的基础上,提出以系统观点认识土地集约利用的内涵,进而阐述城市土地集约利用要注意的问题,并提出了促进城市土地集约利用的几点建议。

| Abstract: | The paper try to analyze intensive use of land based on system viewpoint.After concluding the study trend,the connotation of intensive use of land was put forward.Then,I expounded several matters we should pay attention to intensive use of city land.In the end,a lot of suggestions for accelerating intensive use of city land were offered. |
