| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析传统资产的概念和管理方法的局限性，指出了从传统经济资产向生态资产转变的必要性，给出了生态资产的定义、内涵、特性、分类和评估方法，在分析生态资产与传统经济资产区别的基础上，提出了生态资产管理的原则。

| Abstract: | On the base of analyzing the limitation of the traditional capital, this article pointed out that it＇s necessary to convert from traditional capital to eco -asset. Giving the definition, meaning, characteristics, classification and method of evaluation of eco - asset, this article gives the principles of eco - asset management on the base of analyzing the difference between traditional capital and eco- asset. |
