| 摘 要： | 江苏沿海有着独特的资源禀赋和区域特征,淤长型海岸及广袤的滩涂资源是其环境基础,而盐业、垦殖、捕捞则是其滩涂开发的基本形式。江苏沿海开发,既要从其区域特征出发,利用后发优势实现跨越式发展,又要确立经济社会发展与环境保护相结合的可持续发展战略。

| Abstract: | The inshore area in Jiangsu has unique characteristic of resource and position, its foundation of natural environment is the alluvial and long seacoast and capacious mudflat, and the essential form of developing the beach is salt industry, reclamation, and fishery. The exploitation of this area should embark from its provincial characteristics, and imposing the comparative advantage of later developing to accomplish the great-leap-forward development, however, we also should establish the strategy of sustainable development for combining the economic returns with social effects and environmental protection. |
