| 摘 要： | 倡导绿色消费,培育绿色消费模式是我国建设环境友好型社会的必然选择。培育绿色消费模式是一项复杂的系统工程,要充分发挥政府、企业、消费者三大消费主体的作用。当前我国培育绿色消费模式可以从倡导绿色消费理念、引导绿色消费行为、启动政府绿色采购、培育绿色产品市场、加强绿色消费制度、完善绿色消费立法等方面着手。

| Abstract: | Advocate green consumption and cultivate green consumption patterns is inevitable in our building environmentfriendly society. Cultivating green consumption patterns is a complicated system; we should pay more attention to the government, enterprises and the consumers. Cultivating green consumption patterns can try the following six criteria： advocating concept of the green consumption, guiding deeds of the green consumption, starting the green procurement, nurturing green products market, strengthening the system of green consumption and perfecting green consumer legislation etc. |
