| 摘 要： | 对养猪行业食品安全及环境方面的迫切需求使得我国生猪现代产业技术体系的建设势在必行。该体系的构建除了考虑猪肉质量保障体系外,还需考虑养猪废弃物对环境的影响问题,由于厌氧发酵产沼气处理技术在养猪废弃物处理中的重要性,我国生猪现代产业技术体系的构建要充分考虑沼气问题。

| Abstract: | The urgent needs of food safety and environmental protection of pig-raising industry promote the establishment of China s modern industrial technology system of pig.In addition to pork quality assurance system,the modern industrial technology system should pay attention to the environmental impact of pig excrement.Because the treatment of turning the excrement into biogas is the most important technology in practice,the system should give full consideration to the biogas. |
