| 摘 要： | 文章从可持续发展这一视角对土地征用制度进行了分析,指出土地征用制度应符合可持续发展要求,但现行的土地征用制度与可持续发展要求相背离,因此我们应进行土地征用制度改革,创建符合可持续发展要求的新型征地制度。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses land expropriation system from sustainable development.The author expounds land expropriation system should meet the requirement of sustainable development,but the present land expropriation system is not consistent with the requirement of sustainable development.So we should establish the new land expropriation system meeting the requirement of sustainable development. |
