| 摘 要： | 文章用4个案例反映了现实中龙头企业与农户之间存在不同的合作关系以及不同的关系绩效。根据交易成本理论、资源基础观和关系观,从合作关系本身对这种差异进行了分析。合作关系是一种混合治理结构,不同的合作关系应采取不同的治理机制,而不同的治理机制具有不同的价值创造功能（包括降低交易成本）,所以不同的合作关系必然存在绩效上的差异。文章对4个案例的对比分析,很好地支持了这一观点。

| Abstract: | The four typical cases reflect that the cooperation relationships between agribusiness firms and smallholders have performance difference. Based on the TCE, RBV and RV, this paper tries to explain the difference from the cooperation relationship itself. Cooperation relationship is a hybrid governance structure. Different relationship has different governance mechanisms which have different functions of value creation including reducing transaction cost, so different relationship definitely has different performance. The comparative analysis of the four cases supports this view of point very well. |
