| Abstract: | This paper introduces a series of questions about adjustment of industrial structure and changing of production model which the north-east old industrial base confront at present by analysis of economy,resources,environmental status in the north-east old industrial hase.It suggests that we should make good use of the thought of circular economy to achieve the goal of harmonious development of economy,resources and environment. |
