| 摘 要： | 本文从B股市场的设立与发展谈起,论述了B股市场随着我国资本市场的开放,其功能和作用正在逐步丧失的现实,详细分析了现在B股市场主要面临的问题,并且将A股市场与B股市场,H股市场与B股市场相比较,提出了A股市场与B股市场并轨的解决方法。
