摘    要:和谐劳动关系由多种因素构建而成,需要政府实施扩大就业、稳定物价和汇率的政策,充分发挥工资、社保、财税等经济手段的调节作用,提高劳动绩效和社会管理水平,培植相关社会组织等方式来实现。
