| 摘 要： | 从中小企业信息状况出发,分析了信息不对称对中小企业直接融资和间接融资带来的影响,并提出了缓解信息不对称应采取的对策和建议,即加快信用管理行业发展、发挥政府作用、完善法律保障体系、充分调动金融机构积极性。

| Abstract: | According to status of middle and small corporation information, the influence on middle and small corporation direct finance and indirect finance because of information asymmetry is analysed. The countermeasures and suggestions of moderating information asymmetry is suggested. That is, the development of trust management industry is hastened and the government function is exerted and the soundly secure system of the law isestablished and the initiative of financial agency is manoeuvred enough. |
