论基于人力资本溢出视角下的城乡收入差距问题

改革开放以来，伴随着国民经济的快速发展，城乡收入差距日益拉大。这个问题已经影响到国民经济的健康发展与社会的和谐稳定。通过对城乡收入差距的影响因素分析可以发现：人力资本溢出因素对城乡收入差距拉大有显著影响。为此，政府需要加大对农村的人力资本投资，形成城乡之间人力资本的合理流动，促进经济的健康发展，从而有效缩小城乡之间的收入差距。

Talking of Income Gap Between Urban and Rural Issues: Based on Human Capital Overflow

Since reform and opening up, the growing income gap between urban and rural areas widened along with the rapid devel- opment of the national economy. This problem has affected the healthy development of the national economy and social harmony. Through analysis of the impact factors of urban-rural income gap, it can be found that human capital overflow has very significant impact on the income gap widening between urban and rural areas. So, governments need to increase investment in human capital in rural areas and formed the rational flow of human capital between urban and rural areas and promote the healthy development of the economy, thus it effectively reduced the income gap between urban and rural areas.
