| 摘 要： | 融资困难是当前直接制约中小微企业转型升级的瓶颈。现有的融资体系无法满足中小微企业转型升级需求,表现为金融发展结构与中小微企业转型升级的金融需求、金融主体风控水平与中小微企业金融产品风险管理要求、各类金融机构综合服务水平与中小微企业需求不匹配。为此,需要构建更具针对性的融资体系,包括支持中小微企业转型升级的多元共生体系、风险管理体系和配套服务体系。

| Abstract: | The financing problem is the bottleneck which directly restricts the SMEs transformation and upgrading. The existing financial system can not meet the needs of SMEs to upgrade transformation, the financial structure, financial risk management and the comprehensive service of financial institutions do not match the financial demand for transformation and upgrading of SMEs. Therefore, more targeted measures, including the multivariate symbiotic system, risk management system and service system, are needed to support SMEs~ transformation and upgrading. |
