Chinese public companies need to absorb experience and lecture from America during the process of the holding mounted revolution, i.e. deeply developping the outside market monitoring system; gradually completing the interest structure to strengthen the company's inner controlling system construction and intensifying the monitoring and encouraging system; reinforcing law supervision and law executing power and protecting the minor enterprises to build an available company management structure for Chinese enterprises.
