| Abstract: | China and Vietnam have entered into WTO in succession,and the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area has been in the process.Under this new situation,Sino-Vietnam border trade obtains some rare historical opportunities,and also faces constrains and restrictions in the aspects of legal system,mechanism of finance and taxation management,and trade rules and regulations etc.The development of the Sino-Vietnam border trade has a bright future,but the road is not smooth. |
