试析我国经济、社会、人的"发展瓶颈"问题

我国经济、社会和人的“发展瓶颈”,主要表现在贫富差距日渐拉大、生态环境日益恶化、资源短缺日益加剧、人口压力日渐增大等方面。我们必须正视“发展瓶颈”问题,树立以人为本,全面、协调、可持续的科学发展观,在发展中绝不能超越弱势地区和弱势群体的承受力,不能超越环境和资源的承载力,也不能漠视人口总量巨大、人口结构失调、人口老龄化提前到来等突出问题。
