| 摘 要： | 高新技术及其产业迅猛发展，已成为世界综合国力竞争的一个焦点。加快我国高新技术产业化的发展，应加强政府引导，为发展高新技术产业创造更好的环境。另一方面，应重视吸引和培养人才，鼓励创新，加快创业投资体系的建设，建立高新技术产业化的投融资体系，建立中国创业板市场。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of new and hi-tech and its industry has become a focus of competition of a country's comprehensive strength in the world.To quicken the development of China's new and hi-tech industry,the government should enhance its guidance so as to create a better environment for developing the new and hi-tech industry.In addition,the government should also attach importance to the attraction and training of talents,the encouragement of innovation and the construction of risk investment system. |
