| Abstract: | This paper analyses the essence of economics of peasant intermediary organization based on
the theory of new institutional economics--the theory of construction and transation-cost and puts
forward three kinds of relation mode between peasant and peasant intermediary organization: company organization, cooperative mode and contractual relations. |
