| 摘 要： | 信息化与经济增长方式的转变，信息资源开发利用，信息科学技术这三方面与可持续发展的关系至大，只有通过信息化完成经济增长方式的转变，最终才能实现可持续发展；信息资源是可持续发展的资源基础；可持续发展战略的实施进程必须靠信息科学技术来推进。

| Abstract: | The relation between sustainable development and three factors, namely, informatization and transition of economic growth mode, exploitation and application of information resource and information science and technology is such that sustainable development can only be realized through accomplishing the transition of economic growth mode by informatization. Information resource is the resource basis of sustainable development, and the implementation of sustainable development strategy must be reliant on information science and technology. |
