| 摘 要： | 以CD段的生产物流作为研究对象，对其塑件备料物流、包材配件备料物流以及入库作业物流这三个部分进行研究分析和诊断，改善其中不合理的生产物流部分。经过物流改善优化后，CD段生产物流总的运输距离和总的作业次数减少，物流情况得到了明显的改善，使得生产作业更为流畅和高效。
