网络舆情能为消解公共政策公信力危机提供支持，进而保障公共政策的公平、正义以及公共利益的价值实现。针对网络舆情自发性、零散性和某些非理性等特点，提出需要逐步扩大网络领域的公众参与，培育网民理性参与的素质和能力，规范参与原则，完善网络舆情的公共政策吸纳机制，使其为提高公共政策公信力服务。

Internet Public Opinion and the Crisis Management of Public Policy Credibility

Internet public opinion can support to dispel the crisis of public policy credibility, thereby safeguard fairness and justice of public policy and achieve the value of the public interest. Aiming at the characteristics of spontaneous, fragmented and some non-rational internet public opinion, the paper put forward that it need to gradually expand the public participation in the internet, foster the quality and ability of netizen reasoning participating, regulate the principle of participation, improve the absorbing mechanism of public policy of public opinion to enhance the credibility of public policy.
