| 摘 要： | 中小企业在世界各国的发展中发挥着不可替代的作用，然而我国仍有诸多因素的制约着中小企业的发展，尤为突出的是融资瓶颈问题。所以本文主要针对中小企业融资中存在的问题及其成因进行剖析并提出相应的措施。
