多主体参与的旅游服务创新研究综述

摘    要:服务创新是提升旅游产业竞争力的有效路径,多主体参与的旅游服务创新是旅游业发展的趋势。在旅游服务创新的研究历程中,学者们从不同参与主体,针对旅游产业不同领域的旅游服务创新理论和实践进行了研究。本文分别对旅游者、旅游从业人员、旅游供应商、旅游代理商、其他合作主体等不同主体参与旅游服务创新的文献进行了梳理和总结,并在此基础上提出了多主体参与旅游服务创新需要进一步研究的问题。

Abstract:Service innovation is the effective way to enhance the competitiveness of tourism, and tourism service innovation with multi-participators is the tendency of tourism development. In the research process of tourism service innovation, scholars have conducted researches from different subjects in different fields of tourism about the tourism service innovation theory and practice. This paper sums up the research literatures on tourism service innovation respectively from tourists, tourism practitioners, travel supplier, travel agents and other cooperation parties. On the basis of the nmlti-partieipators in tourism service innovation, the paper points out the problems to be further studied.
