浅议知识经济时代的个人收入分配政策

在知识经济时代 ,我国的收入分配仍然适用按劳分配与按要素分配相结合政策。为保证这一政策的贯彻实施 ,现阶段应采取以下措施 :一是发展教育事业 ,提高人的素质 ,提高收入水平 ;二是对科技工作者的个人收入实行税收扶持政策 ;三是加强对知识产权的管理和保护。
