| 摘 要： | 改革开放40年来,国有企业改革发展成就令世人瞩目,但随着思潮多元化,新兴媒体不断涌现,国有企业思想政治建设面临前所未有之挑战和压力,加强国有企业思想政治工作,是筑牢国有企业精神支柱的必要之举,也是推动企业长足发展的力量之源。党的十八大以来,全面从严治党成为新常态,管党治党责任逐渐向基层传导,因此做好建筑企业思想政治工作,探索建筑企业政工队伍建设路径尤为迫切,也十分重要。
