| 摘 要： | 企业年金是我国三支柱养老保险体系的重要组成部分,是完善社会保障制度的重要环节。然而,由于企业年金立法的滞后,我国企业年金制度发展缓慢,不能满足社会发展的新的需要。本文在分析我国企业年金立法历史沿革、存在问题的基础上,探讨了企业年金立法的基本框架,最后,提出了完善企业年金立法的具体建议。

| Abstract: | Occupational pension is an important part of our country＇s three pillars social insurance system,and an important link to perfect social security system.However,the occupational pension in our country develops very slowly for which after the lawmaking,can’t satisfy the new demand of the social development.This article analytics the history origin and development,existence problems of the occupational pension lawmaking in our country,inquiries the basic framework of the occupational pension lawmaking,then,puts forward some concrete suggestion to the occupational pension lawmaking. |
