航空装备企业多项目矩阵管理模式问题分析

The Problem Analysis of the Multi-project matrix management of the Aviation Enterprise

In order to slove the problem of the parallel development of the aviation equipment enterprise models, starting from the organizational structure of certain aviation equipment research institute, I analyse the problems from the following three aspects, which are organization structure, resource conflict and the distribution of power and the responsibilities, then put forword the solutions. This article also provides the management processes and the reference solution of the coordination mechanisms for the complicated relationship enterprise under the multi-project management.
