The outline of research progress of authentic leadership's influence on subordinate's work satisfaction

摘    要:The work attitude of employees is one of the primary concern of human resources management researchers, competition among enterprises is mainly about human capital, hence, research on authentic leadership and subordinate's work satisfaction is very important. There are many researches about this field. This article has summarized domestic and foreign research progress of authentic leadership and subordinate's work satisfaction.
