| 摘 要： | 数字化图书馆以其信息资源的数字化、信息传递的网络化、信息利用共享等特性迅速得到图书馆及读者的广泛认可。而随着数字图书馆的发展,知识产权问题已成为数字化图书馆发展进程中最重大的问题。本文详细分析了数字图书馆涉及的知识产权问题,并提出了解决知识产权问题的主要对策。

| Abstract: | Now the intellectual property rights have become the most important problem in the process of the digital library, How to balance the intellectual property fights with the information dissemination has become a key problem in the library and the legal profession. This paper analyses the intellectual property fights in the construction of the digital library and puts forward the main countermeasures to deal with it. |
