| 摘 要： | 黑河市地处黑龙江省北部,是我国纬度最高的地区之一。冬季寒冷的气候条件给北方地区包括黑河市消防部队在内的灭火救援工作带来了极大地影响。笔者针对寒冷气候条件下消防部队灭火救援,结合近几年黑河市的火灾情况,浅谈几个不成熟的要点,希望能为在北方地区参加灭火救援一线的官兵们提供几点参考意见。

| Abstract: | Heihe is located in the north of Heilongjiang Province which is one of the highest latitude areas in China.Cold winter weather condition has brought great influence to fire fighting and rescue work in the northern areas,including Heihe city fire forces.Combined with the fire fighting and rescue in recent years in Heihe City,a few immature elements are discussed in hope to provide some suggestions for the officers and men participating in fire fighting and rescue region in the northern areas. |
