基于SWOT-PEST矩阵的苏州国际货代物流业发展分析

苏州经济是典型的外向型经济模式,从2000之后,苏州的外贸依存度就超过了100%,GDP的发展很大程度上依赖于对外贸易的发展,因此,作为提供国际货物运输服务的国际货代物流业的发展状况也直接影响着苏州整体经济的发展状况。文章运用SWOT—PEST矩阵对苏州的国际货代物流业进行了分析,并提出了相应的发展策略。

Analysis on the International Freight Forwarder Logistics Industry in Suzhou Based on SWOT-PEST Matrix

Suzhou economy is a typical export-oriented economic model. Science 2000, the foreign trade dependence degree of Suzhou is over 100%, the development of GDP largely depends on the development of foreign trade. So, as the provider of international freight forwarder transportation services, the development situation of international freight forwarder logistics industry directly impacts the development of the whole economy in Suzhou. This paper analyzes the international freight forwarder logistics industry in Suzhou by using SWOT-PEST matrix and puts forward the related development strategy.
