高职酒店管理类专业实践教学模式创新思考

高职院校是培养高等应用技术型人才的摇篮,酒店管理专业是实践性很强的专业,按照传统的"放羊式"、突击式"实习模式培养的人才,已越来越不符合社会对酒店人才的需要。寻找到一种科学有效的教育模式成为教育界迫切需要解决的问题。该文从分析传统酒店管理类专业实践教学存在的问题入手,介绍了一种新型的实践教学模式——"全程产学交叉",剖析了该模式的内涵与特点,并对该模式的实施效果与启示作了分析。

Innovating Thinking of Practical Teaching Model in Hotel Management Major of Higher Vocational School

Higher vocational school is the cradle of training higher appliance technique people with ability, and the major of hotel management is a practical major. Traditional relaxing practical model can not meet with the necessity. Starting with analyzing the problem of the traditional practical teaching model, this paper introduces a new practical teaching model-crossover of production and learning in the whole process, and analyzes the model's connotation, characteristic, practical effect, apocalypse.
