对外开放与中国的复兴

中国是一个开放的国家。在明清时期,曾因东南沿海屡受外敌的入侵,而一度实行海禁和闭关的政策。清朝末年,在西方列强的炮舰政策下,我国掀起了学习西方先进科学文化和技术的西学东渐浪潮。新中国诞生后,我国利用前苏联的合作援助,建立了完整的国民经济体系。20世纪70年代,利用"乒乓外交",我国与美国建立了正常的外交关系,重返联合国,搭建起通向世界的桥梁。70年代末,改革开放成为我国长期的基本国策。一个国家、一个民族只要实行开放的政策,就必然会实现国家和民族的伟大复兴。

Opening to the Outside World and China's Renewal

China is an open economy.In the Ming and Qing Dynasty,because the South-east coast was invaded by foreign enemies,our country had once implemented policies of "banning on maritime trade"and"closing the country to international intercourse".At the end of Qing Dynasty,under the Worship Policy of Western Powers,a"Western Learning into the East"wave,that is learning advanced science,culture and technology from western countries,was surged in China.After the birth of PRC,through the cooperation with Soviet Union and the help of it,whole national economic system was set up in China.In the 1970s',together with the normal diplomatic relations was set up between China and America through"Ping-Pong Diplomacy"and China re-entried into the U.N.,the bridge to world was build up.From the 1970s',"Opening to the outside world"becomes a long term basic policy in China.Through the"Opening to the outside world"policy,a country or a nation cannot but realize the great renewal or it.
