| Abstract: | The fresh water shortage and the violent contradiction between supply and demand in theareas around the Bohai Sea bring on a great less to the agriculture and industry, and prevent thelocal economy from develoPing stably. sustainedly apd at high speed. The important measures totake to avoid this is to readjust the industrial set-up and arrangement- depend on the edvancedscience and technology to economize on fresh water, make use of sea water, increase water-usingefficiency and enhance the bearing capacity of the water resource. |
