The counsellor is a main power in mentality and politics education in our country.As the day's deepening of the society's development and the higher education's reformation,profound changes have taken in their effect and status.The final goal of counselor's work is to service for the growth of college student.Under the academic advising background,counselors are facing many opportunities and challenges.Therefore,under this background,we should set up the conception of learning for life,and gradually improve the political accomplishment and the personality enchantment of ourselves.We should persevere in the conception of multitude,and actively organize and utilize the morality education resource well.Furthermore,according to one's taste and advantage,the counsellor should exercise the keystone theory;nail down the development orientation and the work's pivot.
