| 摘 要： | 通过对数豆者（会计人）的经济人属性分析，用主流经济学理论对数豆者诚信问题给予了解释，又以经济学眼光站在会计人角度分析了诚信的成本与收益，并结合成本与收益模型针对当前存在的诚信问题提出了相应的对策。
