缩小收入差距是持续扩大内需的关键

改革至今 ,我国居民的收入有了较大幅度的增加 ,收入分配基本上打破了平均主义 ,逐步形成了以刺激效率、激励创新、促进增长的收入分配方式。与此同时 ,分配中也出现了“大”、“斜”、“乱”,由此导致了收入差距迅速拉大 ,且日益悬殊 ,并对扩大内需产生了消极影响。因此 ,进一步启动消费需求和投资需求 ,持续扩大内需 ,还必须从调节收入分配 ,缩小收入差距入手 ,这是促进我国经济快速发展的关键。

Narrowing the Gap between the Rich & Poor:Key to Promoting Domestic Demand

Thanks to the reform and opening to the outside policy, household income in China has been greatly improved. Meanwhile, equalitarianism has been abandoned in distribution in order to stimulate efficiency, creation and growth. However, many problems arose. As a result, the gap between the rich and poor is expanding and domestic demand is negatively affected. Considering all the above, to stimulate consumption and investment, promote domestic demand, we have to adjust income distribution, narrow the gap between the rich and poor, which are the key to developing our national economy.
