| 摘 要： | "十二五"规划中关于产业发展方面处处贯穿着可持续发展的理念,以分析产业政策和可持续发展的关系为基础,指出我国在推进可持续发展产业政策中存在的问题,从调整产业结构、转变增长方式、提升产业组织能力和优化产业布局等方面提出产业政策和可持续发展相协调的建议。

| Abstract: | The idea of sustainable development is permeated in the 12 th Five Year Plan for industrial development . Based on the analysis of relation between industrial policy and sustainable development , the authors point out the problems about industrial policy that exist in sustainable development .Furthermore, the authors advise the sugges-tion of the compatibility between industrial policy and sustainable development from adjusting industrial structure , transforming the pattern of economic growth , upgrading the industry organization abilities , optimizing the industrial layout , which is of theoretical and practical significance . |
