| 摘 要： | 输变电工程施工具有投资大、工期长、人员构成复杂、工序繁多且具有承接性强等特点,因而存在诸多的可控和不可控质量风险因素,从而形成工程质量风险损益。本文将对目前输变电施工质量风险控制的主要内容和特征进行阐述,运用层次分析法对其进行识别及评估,并根据评估结果提出输变电施工质量风险控制的思路和严重风险防范控制的注意事项。

| Abstract: | Power transmission project has many characteristics, such as large investment, long construction period, personnel constitute complex, various processes, strong undertaking, so there are many controllable and uncontrollable quality risk factors, so that formed engineering quality risk loss. This paper expounds the main content and features of power transmission project construction quality control risk, using AHP to identify and assess it, and according to the results assessment points out the thought of power transmission project construction quality control risk and the note of serious risk Prevention control. |
