摘 要: | 大规模定制生产模式 ,是继大规模生产和精益生产方式后又一极具竞争力和生命力的新型生产模式 ,目前已被很多国外企业所认识和采用 ,并取得了令人满意的效益。然而由于对其内涵理解不够深刻 ,企业在对大规模定制的实施过程中也步入了一些误区。因此 ,企业决策者要深刻理解大规模定制的内涵并采取相应措施 ,真正享受大规模定制带来的巨大利益。

Misapplications in the Implementation of Mass Customization |

Abstract: | MC (Mass Customization) is another competitive and energetic new production mode following MP (Mass Production) and LP (Lean Production). Up to now, it has been recognized and adopted;by many foreign enterprises and has made great achievements. However, some misapplications also occurred in the implementation of MC for the lacks of full understand of it.So,the policy-maker of the enterprises should fully understand connotation of MC,and adopt correspanding step to enjoy great benefits brought by MC. |
