摘    要:集团化道路巳经成为我国饭店业发展的必由之路,打造具有国际竞争力饭店集团的关键在于识别、培育饭店集团的核心竞争力.以核心竞争力理论为基础,在全面比较分析我国本土饭店集团与国际知名饭店集团核心竞争力之间的差异的基础上,提出了从优化产业经营环境、高效配置经营资源、实施品牌竞争战略以及创新产品与服务四个方面打造我国饭店集团的核心竞争力.

Abstract:Hotel groups have become an inevitable model of our hotel industry. The key to build hotel groups which have international competence is to identify and cultivate the core competence. Therefore, constructing the core competence of hotel groups is very important. Based on the theory of core competence, this paper firstly analyzes the difference on core competence between hotel groups of China and famous hotel groups of other countries. Secondly, it explores the countermeasures to cultivate our hotel groups' core competence.
