| 摘 要： | 随着全球供应链整合与跨国采购外包的发展,将采购业务外包．已经成为企业节省采购系统投资、降低成本的重要方式。自2003年,埃森哲公司首先将“采购外包”的概念引入了中国以来．越来越多的跨国企业通过采购咨询公司在中国市场寻找供应商。本文深入分析了跨国采购流程的各环节在中国执行的过程中遭遇的困难,并提出了跨国采购外包在我国发展的制约因素。

| Abstract: | With the development of global supply chain integration,there are gradually more trans-national companies who outsource procurement to the 3rd party.Since Accenture introduced"procurement outsourcing"to China in 2003,the business has met many difficulties.This article analyzes in detail why the global sourcing process can not be executed well in China,and also puts forward the restriction of the development of trans-national procurement in China. |
