摘    要:大学之关键在于培养的学生能够适应社会和成就事业。应用型人才培养当下存在的主要问题就在于学生的素质没得到更好综合。虽然学生的单项素质得到了较好发展,各项素质之间却没有有效地关联起来,成为一个有机的整体,也就是各项素质没有得到综合。从综合素质向素质综合,正是弥补了传统应用型人才培养中所缺失的素质综合这个环节,由此提出了新的人才培养理念,构建了新的人才培养载体,搭建了新的人才培养平台,并在实践中进行了大量的探索与尝试。事实证明,素质综合是应用型人才培养模式适应现代人才培养要求的重大突破。

Abstract:The key for a college is to foster successful students who are fit in with the society.The problem in cultivating pragmatic professionals is that students' quality has not been synthesized well.Though student's single quality has been well developed,different qualities have not been linked together to make a whole,namely the separated quality is not synthesized.To turn overall qualities to quality synthesis is to make up the defect which occurs in the traditional way of cultivating pragmatic professionals.It has been proved that quality synthesis is a breakthrough in the training of pragmatic professionals.
