| Abstract: | Facing the great upsurge in purchases and mergers of the global enterprises, we should, on one hand, take the opportunities of the strategic adjustments for the economic structure and the assets reorganizations to form large companies or business conglomerates with the property rights of knowledge and the core of comepetitive abilities,so as to contend the MNCs,and on the other,study the negative effects of mergers and reorganizations to evade the risks of the capital transactions. Only by this,can our enterprises benefits be protected and their survival and development be secured. |
